Suffer Out Loud was established in 2017 and connects Montanans with compassionate, effective mental health resources through their mental health scholarship program, community events, and spreading awareness about resources people can access across Montana.
Compassion Project is dedicated to teaching and spreading compassion through art, mindfulness, and education. They partner with schools, community groups, caregivers, and seniors to build connection, resilience, and well-being through workshops, curricula, and community programs that foster belonging, self-compassion, and empathy.
