Bennett was raised in Bozeman, MT and earned his Master’s degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling from Montana State University. Bennett has spent his career working with young adults to support growth of a healthy mindset that allows individuals and couples to reach their goals. 

Bennett knows we are all wired differently, and is committed to understanding each individual’s unique design and their personal blend of strengths and struggles. Bennett practices Narrative Therapy integrated with practical tools to help clients process the past while maintaining a strong focus on their present reality and future goals. 

Bennett brings a combination of deep empathy and direct mentorship to his sessions to support clients through a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, men’s issues, stress management, adjustment to new environments, and many others.
