Hello! I am a counselor with over 10 years’ experience helping children, teens, and families from all walks of life. I help by focusing on current strengths, building skills/understanding, and tailoring treatment to each individual for the best outcomes. 

I specialize in treating internet addiction (including pornography addiction), as well as family and sibling therapy. I work with children ages 5 and up, as well as adolescents. My office is in Livingston, and I offer equine-assisted sessions in Paradise Valley (images below).

I’m especially passionate about helping children and adolescents gain confidence, better communication skills, and self-understanding—particularly those navigating trauma, neurodivergence, or challenges with internet addiction. My goal is to make therapy engaging, approachable, and genuinely helpful. 

In my free time I enjoy playing with my horse and dogs, reading fantasy books, cooking, and rockhounding the Yellowstone River with my kayak.
